However, I refer the hon. Member to the answer that I gave to the hon. Member for Glasgow, Garscadden (Mr. Dewar) on 24 July at columns603–5 which listed civil service posts located or relocated to Strathclyde since 1979; and identified future plans including a new PAYE office for East Kilbride.
