§ Mr. ChopeApproximately 70 per cent. of private cars are covered by comprehensive insurance and 30 per cent. by third party insurance. A breakdown is not available for motorcycles and commercial/fleet vehicles. I do not have a reliable estimate of the number of vehicles being used without insurance.
