- (3) Solomon Smolyar; and
- (4) Philip Bagod of Leningrad.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggDetails of the exit visa applications of Philip Bagod, Alexander and Zhanna Gomelsky, Eugeny Pisarevsky and Solomon Smolyar were included in a list of cases handed over by the British embassy in Moscow to the soviet authorities on 29 August. During the CSCE conference on the human dimension in Moscow from 10 September to 4 October, the United Kingdom delegation strongly urged the Soviet authorities to implement freedom of travel for all Soviet citizens, citing the particular cases of Mr. Smolyar and Mr. Pisarevsky.
