§ Ms. WalleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will revise his guidelines in respect of eligibility for the Horizon programme to enable Stoke-on-Trent to be eligible for European funds to enable disabled and disadvantaged people to be integrated into the labour market.
§ Mr. ForthProjects from organisations throughout Great Britain have now been invited under the Horizon initiative. While it is expected that most projects will come from areas of high urban deprivation, all projects will be considered for funding on their merit provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
