Whether they will list in the Official Report those members of the UK regional monitoring committees established in accordance with Article 25(3) of EEC Regulations No. 4253/88 regarding objectives 1, 2 and 5b of the EC Structural Funds; and whether they will indicate the profession of members so appointed or the organisations or interest which they represent.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Reay)The membership of such committees comprises representatives of central government, local authorities, other public and private sector bodies directly interested in the Structural Funds, and the European Commission. It would, however, not be possible to list the names of the many hundreds of individual members of all such committees except at disproportionate cost.
