To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many armed robberies have been committed in each of the Metropolitan police divisions for each of the last three years.

I have received from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis the following information. The number of offences of robbery where a firearm was involved recorded in each of the divisions in 1988, 1989 and 1990 is as follows:
