§ The Prime MinisterAll explosions in Northern Ireland which, like the incident at St. Albans, cause fatalities are subject to a level of forensic scientific examination which is commensurate with their particular nature and appropriate having regard to the circumstances in which they occur and to whatever security considerations may apply at the time.
