What response they have received to the consultation document on the draft Authorised Practitioner Regulations (Section 40 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990).

I have received comments from 193 respondents, including many letters forwarded to me by Members of Parliament. The responses represent a wide variety of views and I have not yet reached any decisions on matters arising from the consultation exercise.
