§ Mr. Macdonald
To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will now make it his practice to answer questions on the supply of arms by British companies to Yugoslavia.

§ Mr. Lilley
It is not the practice to comment on individual export licence applications.

§ Mr. Macdonald
To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether British companies have supplied cluster bombs to the Yugoslav National Army.

§ Mr. Lilley
Yes. All export licences for military equipment to Yugoslavia were revoked on 3 July 1991.
