To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on his Department's survey of the Government's performance in paying invoices, particularly to small and medium-sized companies.

Yes. The letter from Dr. J. McGuinness to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) was sent on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive in May 1990. It is a covering letter, sent with a copy of the publicly available Tributyltin Oxide review for information purposes. A copy of the review and accompanying letter, will be made in the Library.
