§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryNeither the Secretary of State for the Environment, who has policy responsibility for nuclear waste management, nor myself, with responsibility for nuclear energy policy more widely, has recently had discussions with European Community counterparts on the disposal of nuclear waste from power stations and other nuclear installations.
