Friends the Members for the Isle of Wight (Mr. Field) and for Cannock and Burntwood (Mr. Howarth), on 22 March, at columns254–55. 1 made it clear 408W that the community care reforms have largely overtaken the provisions of these sections. The Government intend to review the need to implement these sections after several years' experience of the community care arrangements.
