§ Mr. NeedhamSewage effluent is discharged from the Ballycopeland outlet only on the outgoing tide as soon after high tide as possible and is thus carried away from the lagoon.
The Millisle tourist development project is the responsibility of Ards borough council and there have been no complaints from it or others about sewage entering the lagoon.
