To ask the Secretary of State for Health what was the total level of HCHS net capital expenditure in(a) cash, (b) constant prices adjusted by the gross domestic product deflator and (c) constant prices adjusted by the changes in input unit costs in the years (1) 1974–75 to 1978–79 and (2) 1979–80 to 1990–91.
