§ The Attorney-GeneralNeither I nor my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor have received any representations about the availability of legal aid to pursue legal actions against Wyeth concerning the drug Ativan. The Legal Aid Board is responsible for the administration of legal aid in such cases and it is not aware of any difficulties over the legal aid arrangements.
