§ Mr. BaldryMy predecessor and I have both issued clear guidelines on this matter. I refer the hon. Member to my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Hazel Grove (Sir T. Arnold) on 15 January this year. We intend to amend the Collection and Disposal of Waste Regulations 1988 to reinforce this guidance as soon as is practicable.
