§ Mr. Douglas HoggHer Majesty's Government have decided in principle to re-establish diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom and Albania, in response to the offer made when the Albanian Foreign Minister called on me on 13 May. We are in touch with the Albanian authorities about the form and timing of an announcement.
