§ Mr. Archie HamiltonI met representatives of the Clyde Fishermen's Association on 5 December 1990 to discuss their concerns about submarine operations in the Clyde area. In addition, the Royal Navy authorities on the Clyde, who maintain very close relations with the United States Navy with regard to operational matters, hold regular meetings with local fishermen and their representatives to discuss matters of mutual interest.
