Why they have not published the prospectus for the sale of the Insurance Services Group of the Export Credits Guarantee Department; and whether they will now do so.

There is no prospectus as this is a trade sale by competitive tender rather than a public flotation. Two folders of extracts and summaries of the Invitation to Tender documentation have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament.
