§ Mr. Garel-JonesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs was informed of the Greek Minister of Public Affairs' speech on the day it was made. Her Majesty's embassy in Athens is in close touch with the Greek authorities. Her Majesty's representatives in Greece take any terrorist threat to British interests very seriously. They have taken suitable security measures, including the temporary closure of all British consulates and vice-consulates in Greece outside Athens.
