HC Deb 28 March 1991 vol 188 cc482-3W
Mr. Cormack

To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what further plans he has to restrict the import of non-salmonella tested eggs in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Curry

There are no restrictions on imports from other Member States, but all consignments of eggs imported into the United Kingdom are tested for salmonella enteritidis.
