To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, pursuant to his answer of 5 March to the hon. Member for Leeds, North-West (Dr. Hampson), if he will give the full corporate headquarters address of NCM, list its shareholders and their percentage shareholding, and give a brief summary of its experience in the field of export credit guarantee, insurance and reinsurance in(a) the Netherlands, (b) Benelux, (c) other EC member states and (d) other Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries; and what links it has or has had with any state-backed export credit guarantee schemes in the Netherlands.

NCM is Holland's largest credit risk insurance company. It was established in 1925 and its shareholders are 31 European banks, insurance companies and reinsurers.
