§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe work constantly to strengthen the control of all weapons of mass destruction through the co-ordinating committee for multilateral export controls, the missile technology control regime, groupings of nuclear suppliers and the Australia group. We are also working to achieve an effective global ban on chemical weapons through an international convention.
