§ Mr. David HuntRevenue support grant is paid in support of expenditure on services generally and is not earmarked for particular services. In setting the level of 293W total standard spending for Wales for 1991–92 account was taken of the local authority associations' view that the introduction of measures under the Children Act 1989 would cost £1.5 million in that financial year.
