§ Mr. LeighMy Department keeps under review any issues which may affect the safety of consumers and the responsibility of suppliers of consumer products to ensure that their products are reasonably safe. The relevant legislation is the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and I have no immediate plans to undertake a review of the Act.
