§ Mr. MacleanI have received a number of representations from the knacker industry, which remains an important part of our animal waste disposal system. That is why we fought so hard and succeeded in securing arrangements under new Community rules on animal waste disposal which will ensure that the industry will be able to continue in its present form at least until 1995 and even after that if agreement can be reached.
