§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor and the Lord Advocate yesterday received copies of a special report to Parliament by the Council on Tribunals on draft model rules of procedure for administrative tribunals. It offers much helpful and practical advice to policy-makers and those responsible for drafting tribunal procedural rules which will be of great value in future in preparing procedural rules for new tribunals or amending the rules of existing tribunals. The Government welcome the report and are grateful to the Council on Tribunals for reporting on this matter. The report is available from HMSO (Cm. 1434).
