To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry when he last met representatives of the local authorities trading standards officers to discuss consumer affairs.

Although my right hon. Friend has not had any such meetings, I met representatives of the Institute of Trading Standards Administration last month to discuss consumer affairs.
