We have already made a contribution of £2.5 million to the International Committee of the Red Cross for its work in the Gulf area.

§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have no evidence that chemical weapons have been used in the current disturbances. We have made very plain to the Iraqis that we would view any use of such weapons very seriously indeed.
