To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what representations he has received to index the level of the cold weather payment to rises in fuel prices since 1986; and if he will make a statement.

We are not aware of any recent representations on this subject.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how much has been paid out in cold weather payments by region since 1 February.
