When the Secretary of State for the Environment will announce his decision on the proposed gypsy site at Middlezoy, which was the subject of the public inquiry that closed two years ago, and what are the reasons for the delay.

My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment will issue his decision on this complex case as soon as possible.
