§ Mr. GummerAll staff in my Department have been advised of No Smoking Day. We are soon to introduce a smoking policy with restrictions on areas where smoking is permitted. All staff will be told that welfare officers in the Department have been given training which will enable them to advise and give practical help to anyone who wishes to stop smoking.
