§ Mr. HeseltinePosters advertising the day and information leaflets will be displayed in all the Department's main offices throughout the country and an article placed in the in-house journal. Guidance has been given to all staff on damage to health caused by smoking. Welfare officers are on hand to give help and advice to staff who wish to give up smoking and on the availability of cessation classes.
