§ Mr. Garel-JonesDiscussions are continuing between the Export Credits Guarantee Department and the Israeli authorities concerning the establishment of a line of credit to finance housing projects to be located in Israel. This will have to be on the condition that none of the funds are to be spent on housing in the occupied territories including east Jerusalem.
