§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyNo. Under current proposals the draft directive on the classification of medicinal products for human use requires member states to publish a list of products subject on their territory to medical prescription and to communicate the list to the Commission and to other member states. The form in which the list would be produced is still the subject of negotiation.
