To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will list the sums received per annum by way of betting and other duty by Her Majesty's Government on(a) off-course and on-course betting, (b) amusement machines, (c) casinos, (d) bingo, (e) football pools and (f) small lotteries.
