§ Mr. RedwoodThe insolvency service is an executive agency within my Department. Its day-to-day management has been delegated under the terms of its framework document to its inspector general and chief executive. He is accountable to and reports to me on its performance. I remain answerable for the policy governing the service's work generally and determine the policy framework within which it operates.
