To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Walsall, North of 19 June, if he will ask the Chinese authorities to produce Lee Bun and her husband to demonstrate that they have not been executed; and if he will seek an account of the circumstances in which the couple are now living.

No. The Chinese authorities have told us that the couple are under investigation, accused of engaging in illegal petroleum transactions.
