To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will state the reasons for file T160/763/F14755 having been retained to date by the Treasury.

(2) if he will arrange for the file T160/763/F14755, currently held by the Treasury, to be placed in the Public Records Office;

(3) if it is open to the hon. Member for Cunninghame, North to inspect file T160/763/F14755.
