§ Mr. Garel-JonesGibraltar is part of the Community by virtue of article 227(4). Gibraltar's frontier with Spain is therefore an internal EC frontier for all purposes except as regards free trade in goods where Community rules do not apply because Gibraltar is not part of the Community customs territory.
