§ 26. Mr. SteenTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many acres of public vacant and derelict land he estimates as accumulating since he stopped updating the central register of vacant public land.
§ Mr. YeoBecause of the incomplete response by owners and changes in the minimum size of site there is no basis for making such an estimate. We are proposing steps to improve the response as my hon. Friend was told on 7 May at column401.
