§ Mr. MaplesOnly partial information is available. We do not hold information on the total number of mortgages for which payments are adjusted annually, but it is estimated that over 40 per cent. of building society mortgages fall into this category. No information is available on the proportion of annual review mortgages that are reviewed in each month.
