§ Sir Wyn RobertsWe attach great value to the music service in schools and are anxious to see it continuing. Nevertheless, we do not believe that valuable provision of this sort will be threatened if local education authorities decide to delegate the funds to schools. Parents will want to see music provision maintained in the schools that their children attend and so will governors.
