§ Mrs. RumboldAlthough many prison establishments already undertake individual counselling and group therapy with sex offenders, the current provision is largely unco-ordinated.
The Criminal Justice Bill places particular emphasis on tackling offending behaviour. My right hon. Friend hopes to announce shortly details of a structured programme for sex offenders in prison.
