§ Mr. MacleanIvermectin is not licensed for use in fish in the United Kingdom and, to date, no monitoring has been conducted to detect residues in ivermectin in the edible tissues of farmed salmon on sale in the United Kingdom. However, surveillance for residues in farmed fish is currently being stepped up and testing for ivermectin will be included within the scope of the new arrangements.
