§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe allocations to the individual colleges of further education are listed in the table. All the sums concerned have been paid to the education authorities with the exception of that allocated to Shetland Islands council. It has only recently accepted the requirements for participation in the access funds and has yet to indicate the extent of its commitments for the remainder of the 1990–91 session.
