§ Mr. MacGregorThe Government are committed to carrying out a full review of the new scrutiny procedures at the end of this parliamentary Session. In addition, as I have made clear on a number of occasions, most recently on 29 April, I keep the arrangements constantly under review, and I am presently considering whether to bring forward any proposals in the short term to deal with points that have arisen from the operation of the European Standing Committees.
