§ Mr. LilleyA successful conclusion to the GATT Uruguay round negotiations remains a top priority for the United Kingdom. Now that the United States Administration has obtained an extension of its fast-track negotiating mandate, we hope that all parties will redouble their efforts to bring the talks to a successful conclusion no later than the end of the year.
