To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what measures are taken to inform the local emergency services when a bomb-laden aircraft(a) takes off or (b) lands at Royal Air Force Finningley.

Available records cover the last seven years, during which time no such aircraft took off or landed at RAF Finningley.
