Mr. Wallace

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what information he has on the per capita amount, in pounds sterling, spent on overseas aid by each member state of the EC, the United States of America, Canada, Sweden, Norway and Japan, in the most recent financial year for which information is available.
